Returns & Refunds

We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all our customer, members and partners to return the product at the time of delivery or within 12 hours of delivery, if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back  with us and initiate the payment back in the bank account / credit cards, which may take 30 working days. However, since dried fruits and berries, Jams and other products that we sell need careful efforts to be preserved, we shall accept Return of the product within 12 hours of delivery. Our customers are requested to check their order immediately on receipt and contact the customer support in case of any problem.
