Return & Refund Policy

At Himsrot, we are committed to delivering high-quality, natural, and safe food products directly from the Himalayas to your doorstep. We follow strict hygiene and safety protocols, but if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be processed.

1. Returns & Replacements

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, except in the following cases:

Eligible Return Scenarios:

Product(s) received in damaged condition

Product(s) past their expiry date at the time of delivery

Wrong item(s) shipped

Packaging tampered or opened before delivery

 Note: Products once opened or used are not eligible for return or replacement due to food safety regulations (as per FSSAI guidelines).

Conditions for Eligibility:

To qualify for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

Raise a return/replacement request within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos or video proof of the issue (damaged/wrong/expired item)

The product must be in its original packaging and unused

If your request is approved, we will offer a free replacement or initiate a refund, depending on the availability of the product and your preference.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed under the following circumstances:

The product is not available for replacement

You cancel your prepaid order before dispatch

You were charged but the order was not successfully placed or delivered

A genuine case of product quality issue (subject to verification)

Refund Timeline:

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you’ll be asked to provide your bank account details for NEFT transfer

3. Order Cancellation Policy
For Prepaid Orders:

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

To cancel, contact us via email or phone with your Order ID.

For COD Orders:

COD orders can be cancelled within 12 hours via phone or email.

Repeated cancellations may lead to blocking of COD facility for your account.

 Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

4. How to Raise a Return or Refund Request

To raise a complaint or request a refund/replacement:

Our customer care team will respond within 24–48 hours with further steps.

5. Important Notes

All claims are subject to verification and approval by our quality assurance team.

Himsrot reserves the right to refuse any refund/replacement request if it does not meet the terms stated above.

Refunds/replacements will not be entertained in case of:

Minor packaging dents or cosmetic damages that do not affect product quality

Taste or personal preferences (subjective reasons)
