- We currently ship our products across most major cities and towns in India.
- If your delivery location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery option or issue a full refund.

3. Delivery Timeline

- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

4. Shipping Charges

- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times.
- If you are unavailable during delivery attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse, and a re-delivery charge may apply.
- Please ensure the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, tampered, or incomplete package:
1. Please do not accept the parcel if it appears visibly damaged.
2. If accepted, take photos of the packaging and product and contact us at himsrot@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
3. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete contact details, or refusal to accept delivery:
- The customer may be charged for re-shipping.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued after deducting the original shipping and handling charges.
9. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:
- Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or transport disruptions
- Courier partner delays or incorrect addresses
- Customs or regulatory restrictions (for special items)
We will, however, make every effort to ensure prompt delivery.
